Using Way We Do

Way We Do is designed to provide a personalized work experience for each team member in your organization. The chances of everyone in the organization having the same responsibilities is slim, so it is important to direct workflows on the individual level.

There are a lot of great reasons to add each team member to Way We Do. Here are our top 3:

  • Security & Monitoring – By creating individual user accounts for each team member, managers have complete control over the flow of information in the manual. They can restrict procedures from certain users, track who is reading the manual by requiring acceptance, and follow the progress of work tasks in order to manage workflow efficiently.
  • Criteria – Procedures can be assigned to individual users using tasks and revision reminders, and checklist steps can be directed to the team member who should be doing the work. Reminders are sent to assigned users, so if accounts are shared, everyone is getting the same reminders and no one is sure who should be doing the work.
  • Dashboard – The Dashboard is highly individualized to a specific user and shows all of the policies, procedures, and checklists that team member is responsible for. It provides a complete list of the checklist steps, tasks, and acceptance requirements for each user, as well as any procedures that need to be edited or reviewed. Shared accounts do not offer this individualized experience, so users spend valuable work time trying to figure out what they should be doing.
