While we’ve kept the classic Schedule feature you love — now with a new name & look — we’ve also added three exciting new automation options to give you even more flexibility.

When a checklist instance is completed

Sometimes, workflows in a specific order—when one set of tasks is done, it’s time for the next set to kick off. With this automation, you can seamlessly transition from one process to the next without missing a beat!

This automation works by starting a new checklist when another is finished.

When a step in a checklist instance is completed

We aren’t always waiting until the end of one process before it’s time to jumpstart the next one. Sometimes, you just need to hit a certain milestone in your current work as the trigger to dive into the next process.

This automation allows you to start a new process based on a step in a checklist being completed.
