What is Zapier?

What does this mean for Way We Do users?
Most organizations already use multiple systems and technologies in their day to day operations. Zapier makes it easy to automate workflows between Way We Do and your other web applications.
There are so many things that can be done with these integrations that it would be impossible to list them all, but here are just a few ideas to help you understand how useful Zaps can be for you:
- Comments entered into Way We Do’s Activated Checklists instances can be automatically added to CRM systems like SalesForce, help desk portals like Zendesk, and messaging apps like Slack.
- You can create a Zap that will automatically start a new Customer Care Checklist Instance in Way We Do each time a new customer is added to your CRM system.
- A Zap can automatically send a customer satisfaction survey each time a Customer Support Checklist Instance in Way We Do is completed.
